Terms and Conditions

​These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Combat Connected mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Combat Connected LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
 

1. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • The Service is intended for users 16 years of age or older.
     

  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
     

    • You are at least 16 years old
       

    • If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent
       

  • We do not knowingly permit users under 16, and we reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
     

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (IMPORTANT)

The Service is a social networking and discovery platform for fighters, coaches, gyms, promoters, and combat-sports participants worldwide.

We do not:

  • Organize, host, supervise, control, or oversee training sessions, sparring, competitions, tournaments, or meetups
     

  • Act as an agent, partner, employer, representative, joint venturer, or insurer for any user
     

  • Certify, license, endorse, or guarantee the conduct, identity, intentions, qualifications, skill level, experience, legality, or safety of any user, gym, coach, promoter, or event
     

All interactions—online and offline—are solely between users, and users act independently of the Company at all times.
 

3. USER PROFILES, INFORMATION & NO VERIFICATION

Users may create profiles containing personal, athletic, or professional information.
 

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
 

  • We do not verify:
     

    • Fight records (amateur or professional)
       

    • Age, weight, height, gender, or experience
       

    • Medical fitness, physical condition, or eligibility
       

    • Coaching credentials or qualifications
       

    • Accuracy or completeness of any user content
       

  • Users may lie, exaggerate, misrepresent, or fail to update information
     

  • Any reliance on user-provided information is entirely at your own risk
     

ID or account verification, if offered, does not constitute:
 

  • A background check
     

  • A criminal history check
     

  • Medical clearance
     

  • Endorsement or certification
     

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Combat Connected LLC does not provide medical advice
     

  • We do not assess your health, fitness, or eligibility to participate in combat sports
     

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically fit to train, spar, compete, or meet others
     

  • You are responsible for obtaining any required medical examinations, clearances, or insurance
     

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK (COMBAT SPORTS & MEETUPS)

You acknowledge that combat sports and physical training are inherently dangerous.

Risks include, but are not limited to:

  • Serious bodily injury
     

  • Concussion or brain injury
     

  • Permanent disability
     

  • Paralysis
     

  • Death
     

Meeting individuals through the Service—whether for training, sparring, coaching, competition, or social purposes—also involves risks, including criminal acts, assault, or misconduct.

You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, arising from:
 

  • Use of the Service
     

  • Communication with other users
     

  • In-person meetings
     

  • Participation in any training, sparring, or competition arranged through the Service
     

6. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR USER CONDUCT

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that:

  • Combat Connected LLC shall not be liable for:
     

    • Injuries, death, or damages arising from combat sports or physical activity
       

    • Assault, harassment, sexual misconduct, or criminal acts by users
       

    • Misrepresentation, fraud, or dishonesty by users
       

    • Events, gyms, coaches, or promoters listed on the Service
       

  • We do not control or monitor offline conduct
     

You agree that any dispute or harm between users is solely between those users.
 

7. EVENTS, TOURNAMENTS, GYMS & ADVERTISEMENTS

We do not verify or endorse:

  • Event legitimacy or safety
     

  • Licensing or insurance of promoters
     

  • Venue conditions
     

  • Medical staffing or compliance
     

We are not responsible for:

  • Fake or inaccurate listings
     

  • Event cancellations
     

  • Injuries, losses, or death occurring at or related to any event
     

8. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & PREMIUM FEATURES

Payments do not guarantee:

  • Exposure
     

  • Matches
     

  • Success
     

  • Safety
     

All purchases are subject to posted pricing and refund policies.
 

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users may not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
     

  • Impersonate any person or entity
     

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
     

  • Engage in behavior that places others at unreasonable risk
     

We may remove users at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
     

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
     

  • SAFETY
     

  • ACCURACY
     

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
     

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
     

  • TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
     

    • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR
       

    • $100 USD
       

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Combat Connected LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
     

  • Your interactions with other users
     

  • Your participation in combat sports or events
     

  • Your violation of these Terms
     

13. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Except where prohibited by law:

  • All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration
     

  • Arbitration shall occur in Tennessee, USA
     

  • You waive the right to a jury trial
     

  • Class actions are not permitted
     

14. GOVERNING LAW & INTERNATIONAL USERS

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.

If local consumer laws provide mandatory rights that cannot be waived:

  • Those rights shall apply only to the minimum extent required
     

  • All remaining provisions shall remain enforceable
     

15. SEVERABILITY & LANGUAGE

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect
     

  • The English version of these Terms controls in all jurisdictions
     

16. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
